Our Residency Partners

RUC contemporary residency

(Italy)

Located in the heart of the Italian Alps, RUC Contemporary Residency offers a serene and inspiring rural atmosphere for artists to explore their creativity. The residency session last 1 week, and always start on Wednesdays. Participants may make special arrangements with RUC to stay longer if desired on an individual residency stay. BAA winners & finalists will receive priority with residency spots and a discount on the residency fees.

Hangar Residency

(Portugal)

Overlooking the vibrant city of Lisbon, Hangar Residency offers a dynamic environment for artists. With its modern facilities and access to a thriving arts scene, it's a hub for creativity. Hangar develops several International Residency Programs that give non-resident artists in Portugal or Lisbon, the opportunity to live and work in Lisbon for a period between 1 and 3 months. BAA winners & finalists will receive priority with residency spots and a discount on the residency fees.

Glogauair Residency

(Germany)

Founded in 2006 by artist Chema Alvargonzalez, GlogauAir offers a vibrant meeting point for artists from all disciplines.

Through this collaboration, our finalists and winners will have exclusive access to GlogauAir's dynamic "Online Residency Program", providing invaluable opportunities for collaboration, expansion of practice, and internationalization.

During the residency, artists will engage in regular group meetings, expert talks, and workshops, all designed to foster creativity and artistic growth. Plus, participants will benefit from curatorial support, ensuring their work receives the attention it deserves.

At the end of the residency, the artwork will be exhibited online and the artists will receive a catalogue with the work in both online & onsite formats together with a Certificate of Participation and will become a member of the international GlogauAIR community.

BAA winners & finalists will receive priority with residency spots and a discount on the residency fees.

Nocefresca Residency

(Italy)

Nestled in the picturesque Sardinia, Nocefresca Residency provides artists with the opportunity to connect with nature and focus on their work. It's an ideal place for reflection and creation.

Nocefreschissima, the brand-new 2023 programme will bring you to Milis (Sardinia island, Italy), to spend a two-week period alongside the monthly artists in residence. BAA winners and finalists will receive priority with Nocefreschissima residency spots and a discount on the Nocefreschissima residency fees.
